People are learning and practicing through their entire life. As for me, books and experience are both important. They promote each other and are indispensable to the growth and development of things.

For knowledge, it is the foundation of our lives. This is why we need to be educated. People could get most knowledge about previous achievements from books. Book are the holders of humankind’s experience. For CBIRC, relevant workers can gain more professional and economic and financial-related knowledge through education and books. Then, they could apply the knowledge to the development and progress of CBIRC.

In addition, for experience, it is straightforward and easy to understand. Experience is more practical for the development of things. And, the correctness of book knowledge needs to be tested in practical experience. So we could say that experience plays a significant role in developing knowledge. It is also very important for CBIRC to learn relevant experience of foreign and other countries.

Nowadays, we need lifelong learning, constantly updating our knowledge and learning from the experience of others. For CBIRC, it should learn more professional knowledge to improve the professional level of the whole industry, and then learn excellent experience and apply it to its own development.
