Well, I like playing ping-pong, basketball and drawing during my spare time. These hobbies do not only help cultivate my tastes and enrich my life, but also bring me pleasure and a sense of achievement.

When it comes to the changes, I think, as an amazing sport, ping-pong changes me a lot. I find enormous joy in playing ping-pong. How joyful and relaxing it is to have a game of table tennis after a day of study at school. When I was a schoolboy, I began to learn to play ping-pong. Maybe my technique is not that good, nor had I attended any table tennis competitions, but I did enjoy myself while I was playing it, which even changed my attitudes towards work as well as my life.

By playing ping-pong, I realized that life is a race, in which we should keep our temper and calm down in any situation, and that we make great efforts to succeed, never overemphasize “the result” because it just represents a success for this time if we win, and it also means we still have shortcomings which need to be improved and perfected if we lose.

Therefore, whatever difficulties I may come across, I always have the courage to overcome it, and never lose heart as opportunities to overcome difficulties will not emerge again if I give up.
